With this, we support growers in making the right decisions for proper and sustainable irrigation. So they can produce more fruits and vegetables with less water and nutrients.

About the role

In this role, you'll engage with potential clients, oversee the entire sales cycle, and proudly represent our company at national and international trade shows.

Your top responsibilities 

  • Acquire and prospect new clients in the international market for soft fruit (Europe, America, and Asia) by … 
    • Contacting prospects
    • Conducting demos (mostly remote)
    • Independently preparing quotations
    • Attending trade shows, events, and leveraging personal network
  • Maintain relationships with existing (key) accounts of Growficient and enhance these relationships
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and developments
     

Whom we’re looking for

You have experience in the horticulture industry and excited about talking to potential customers about the challenges they are facing. 

Beyond that, you have… 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English language, written and verbal
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings when necessary due to various time zones
  • Possession of a valid Dutch driver's license (B)

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot

What we offer

💰A full-time salary between €3,000-6,000 per month (depending on experience)
