This company, established at the end of the last century, offers a wide assortment of over 100 types of healthy and tasty vegetables and fruits year-round. The company is a leading supplier of top-quality products in the German, Austrian, Belgian, and Dutch retail markets. There are major expansion plans to other European countries, as well as to countries like Canada, Ecuador, the Middle East, and North Africa. The success is partly due to one of the company's core principles: creating harmony among people and nature, thereby providing joy and health to people. The role

The Rayon Manager, Merchandiser, or Point of Sales (PoS) visits all supermarkets in his or her district to check if the ordered vegetables and fruits are there and properly presented. This means being on the road a lot to consult with the supermarket owner or the responsible head of the fresh produce department. This builds a strong and good relationship based on mutual trust. Discussion topics include the setup of the vegetable and fruit assortment and possible adjustments or changes that could further stimulate sales. In this important role, they are the eyes and ears of the company's central national organization in the Netherlands. He or she does not make decisions but writes important analyses and visit reports to discuss with the national sales manager. The company appreciates interesting and useful improvement suggestions. There is also a lot of room for providing personal opinions and views based on experiences during supermarket visits.


You have a vocational or college level of education and at least three years of experience in (commercial) roles in the fresh produce or food industry. This could be similar work with the sale of nuts or frozen vegetables or fruits in retail. It could also be experience in the fresh produce department of a supermarket. In any case, you have a strong commercial mindset and know what selling is. Additionally, you must be communicatively strong and persuasive. Only then can you build strong relationships with the people in the supermarkets in your district. You are proficient in French and English, both spoken and written, you are solution-oriented, and you like to take the initiative. Every day you go out enthusiastically. You see opportunities to achieve new sales successes every time.

This is an independent commercial role where a lot depends on you.
