HR & Office Assistant
As the HR & Office assistant you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day running of the office and human resources sections of the business, through assisting in the recruitment processes, new employee orientation and on-boarding, accuracy and maintenance of employee records and roll out and documentation of the cyclical key areas of focus for each staff member in conjunction with the relevant line manager.
Halls is looking for someone with a professional education level (in Dutch: minimum MBO niveau 4), degree in Human Resource Management or Office management? Fantastic! Do you have at least 2 years of general administrative assistant experience, including at least one year of HR experience? You might just be the perfect fit for us. Dutch and English are required, if you happen to speak Spanish or German - even better.
Do you have a flexible approach to work and the ability to stay calm and patient within a dynamic, fast paced and time pressured environment? If so, then you are the right candidate for Hall's dynamic team.
